Before preparing the formula, wash your hands and the utensils from which the child will consume the formula thoroughly. Boil the required amount of water intended for baby food and cool to 50-60 °C. Pour approximately half of the required amount of water into a clean bottle. With the measuring scoop located in the pack, take the required amount of powder into the bottle. Always follow the recommended proportions of formula and water. Remove the excess from the scoop using a knife. Close the bottle and shake thoroughly. Then add the remaining water and shake the bottle again until the powder is completely dissolved. Cool the ready-made formula to a feeding temperature of 36-37 °C: lower the bottle with the formula into a bowl of cold water for a few minutes or hold it under a stream of cold water. Shake the bottle again and check the temperature of the ready-made formula once more on the back of the wrist.
