Wash your hands thoroughly before preparing the milk formula. Sterilize all utensils necessary for preparing the formula and feeding. Boil drinking water, cool it to 37-40 °C and pour 170 ml into a feeding bottle. Add 7 measuring spoons (31 g) of dry formula (without a slide) - in accordance with the feeding table. Shake the bottle well until the formula is completely dissolved. Check the temperature of the finished formula by dripping it on the inside of your wrist.
