Method of administration
Thoroughly wash the bottle, nipple, cap, measuring spoon, and all utensils that will be used in preparing the formula, then boil them for 5 minutes.
In a separate pot, boil water at a strong boil for 5 minutes. Wait until the water becomes slightly warm (about 37 °C).
Pour the required amount of warm, previously boiled water into the sterilized bottle.
Fill the included measuring spoon with powder, then remove the excess powder ("the hill") using the blade of a clean knife.
Place one measuring spoon of powder for every 30 ml of water. Stir until completely dissolved. Check the temperature of the formula and feed the baby.
