For adults 5-10 ml (1-2 teaspoons) 1-2 times a day. For children from 10 years old, take 5 ml (1 teaspoon) 1-2 times a day, regardless of food intake. Can be diluted in a small amount of water (100 ml, or 1/2 cup). Course of application up to 2 months. 50 ml of syrup contains: citicoline (citicoline sodium).
