Preventive intake: 1 tablet 20 minutes before meals, washed down with warm water. The course of intake is 20 days, then a 10-day break. The course must be repeated at least three times. In the treatment of inflammation and diseases: 2 tablets 2-3 times a day before meals. Wash down with warm water or milk, honey and ghee can be added. In case of infertility: 2-3 tablets with milk and honey. For adolescent girls: 1 tablet, take 2 times a day also with milk or warm water. Each tablet contains: Shatavari extract - 250 mg. Store in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C. Keep out of reach of children.
