Contraindications Individual intolerance to the components of the preparation, severe depression, simultaneous administration with antidepressants of other groups (e.g., SSRIs), MAO inhibitors, certain antiretroviral drugs, cyclosporine, digoxin, warfarin, and other medicinal products metabolized with the participation of cytochrome P450 enzymes.
