STELLA preparation intake should start from the first day of the menstrual cycle. If for any reason it is difficult for you to follow the recommended method of taking the capsules, you can adhere to a convenient intake schedule. However, it should be remembered that the interval between taking capsules of different colors should be at least 1 hour to avoid competitive absorption of biologically active components. Duration of intake - for prophylactic purposes 2 times a year in 3-month courses, as part of complex therapy (uterine fibroids, endometriosis, mastopathy) - the duration of the course can be extended up to 6 months.
