Recommendations for use As a vitamin supplement for adults, take one (1) tablet daily with any meal or as directed by a physician. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Results depend on individual characteristics of the body. Ingredients starch, cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. Contains <2% of: artificial colors (fd&c blue #2 carmine, red dye 40 FD&C, yellow dye 6 FD&C), croscarmellose sodium, dextrin, dextrose, gelatin, magnesium stearate, polyethylene glycol, silicon dioxide, stearic acid, titanium dioxide. Warnings Consult a physician before starting use during pregnancy, nursing, or taking medication, if you have a medical condition, or are planning medical procedures. If adverse reactions occur, discontinue use and consult a physician. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if defects are present or the packaging integrity is compromised. Store at room temperature.
