Take 5-10 ml of syrup (1-2 teaspoons) 3 times a day before meals. For sleep disorders - 10 ml (2 teaspoons) before bedtime. 10 ml of syrup contains: ziziphus jujuba - 300 mg; melissa herbs - 100 mg; magnesium citrate - 50 mg; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) - 1.5 mg. Store in a dry, dark place at a temperature from +5 °C to +25 °C. Keep out of reach of children.
