For adults, 1 capsule 1-2 times a day, washed down with a sufficient amount of water.

Active substances:
Passiflora incarnata extract - 130 mg.
Hops cone extract - 36 mg.
Motherwort extract - 20 mg.
Excipients: maltodextrin.
