Recommendations for use Adults should take one tablet per day with meals. Ingredients Cellulose, silicon dioxide, stearic acid (vegetable), croscarmellose sodium, carob, magnesium stearate (vegetable), ethylcellulose, lutein, maltodextrin, rice flour, gum arabic, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, titanium dioxide (for color). Warnings It is recommended to use within 1 year of opening the bottle. The bottle should be kept with the lid tightly closed. Protect from heat and moisture. This formula is absorbed in the body within 1 hour. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is the leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6 years of age. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately.
