Recommendations for use Adults should take 1 capsule 1-2 times a day with a meal or in accordance with the recommendations of a medical professional. Ingredients Palm oil, capsule (bovine gelatin, glycerin, water) and polyoxyl castor oil. Does not contain wheat, gluten, soy, dairy products, eggs, fish/shellfish, peanuts/tree nuts, and sesame. Warnings Before starting use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, under the age of 18, while taking medications, or if you have any medical conditions, you should consult a medical professional.
