Recommendations for use
Take 1 capsule 1–2 times a day, with juice or water, preferably between meals.

Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), stearic acid (vegetable origin) and silicon dioxide.
Wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nuts or sesame are not used in the manufacture of this product.
