Indication: Measurement of body temperature by axillary, oral or rectal method in patients of all ages in clinical and home conditions.
Contraindications: Do not use oral method in children under 5 years and mentally unstable patients. Mercury thermometer contains mercury — dangerous if broken.
Method of administration: Shake down to readings below 35 °C. Place in the armpit, under the tongue or rectally according to the method. Hold for 5-10 minutes (axillary), 3-5 minutes (oral/rectal). Read the readings immediately after extraction.
Storage conditions: Store in a protective case at a temperature from +5 °C to +35 °C. If broken, ventilate the room, collect mercury and dispose of as hazardous waste.
