Recommendations for use Use only as directed. Take 1 vegetable capsule three times daily with food or with a glass of water. Ingredients Vegetable cellulose capsule, cellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, calcium phosphate 3x, iron pyrophosphate, potassium phosphate 3x and sodium chloride 6x. Warnings Do not use if the safety membrane is damaged or missing. Keep out of reach of children. You must notify your doctor about taking this product. Store in a cool dry place
