Recommendations for use Before use, carefully study the information on the label and strictly follow the recommendations. Take two (2) capsules in the morning or as directed by your physician. TMG should be taken with B6, B12 cofactors, and folic acid. Ingredients Glycerin, vegetable cellulose (capsule), purified water.
