Trava Pustyrnika instructions for use
Method of administration
Pour 1 tablespoon (2.0 g) of crushed herb with 1 glass (200 ml) of boiling water, infuse for 5-10 minutes, strain. For adults, take 1 glass a day during meals. Duration of intake is 1 month. If necessary, the intake can be repeated.
