How to brew and drink Proportions: pour a glass (200–250 ml) of boiling water over 1–2 tablespoons (or 1–2 filter bags) of raw material. Infusion: Infuse for 15–20 minutes in a warm place or in a water bath. Intake: Adults are recommended to drink 1/3 or 1/2 cup warm, 15–30 minutes before meals, 2–3 times a day. Course: Usually 2–3 weeks followed by a break
