Method of administration and dosage Brewing: place 1–2 filter bags in a glass (200 ml) and pour boiling water over them. Infusing: cover with a lid and let it infuse for 15 minutes, then squeeze the bags. Intake: for adults, take 1/2 glass of warm infusion 2 times a day during meals. Course: the standard duration of intake is 3–4 weeks
