To prepare the infusion, 10 filter bags are placed in an enameled container, poured with 1 glass (200 ml) of boiled water at room temperature, covered with a lid, and heated in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes. Then it is cooled at room temperature for 45 minutes, the filter bags are removed and squeezed. The volume of the obtained infusion is brought to 200 ml with boiled water. The infusion is stored in a cool place for no more than 2 days. Often taken 1 tablespoon 3-4 times a day.
