How to brew and take correctlyBrewing: Place 1 filter sachet (4 g) in a cup, pour 200 ml of boiling water.Steeping: Cover with a lid and let it steep for 15–20 minutes.Administration: Take warm, 1/2 or a full cup (depending on the doctor's prescription) 2–3 times a day, 30 minutes before meals.Course: Usually lasts from 2 to 4 weeks
