Brewing method: For an ideal taste, use the following proportion: 1-1.5 teaspoons (about 3-4 grams) per cup of water. Water temperature: 90-95°C (not boiling water). Infusion time: 3-5 minutes. Can be drunk both hot (warms up well) and cold (perfectly quenches thirst).
