Travyanoy chay Kora duba Munis instructions for use
Infusion: pour 1 teaspoon of oak bark with 1 glass of boiling water, infuse for 1 hour, strain. Decoction: pour 1 tbsp. of oak bark with 2 glasses of boiling water, boil over low heat for about 10 minutes. Take orally 1 glass 2 times a day after meals. Use the infusion for rinsing warm 1/2 - 1 glass 6-8 times a day.
