Method of application Brewing: pour 400–500 ml of boiling water over 1 bag (5 g) (preferably in a thermos or a closed teapot).Infusion: Infuse for 15–20 minutes.Administration: Drink warm, 100–150 ml, 30 minutes before meals, 3–4 times a day
