Pour half a glass (100 ml) of boiling water over 1 filter-sachet and let it brew for 15 minutes.
For prophylactic purposes, take the infusion orally 1/2 glass 3-4 times a day, 20 minutes before meals. In other cases, as recommended by a doctor.
