Brewing method Warm the teapot with hot water. Add tea at a rate of 1 teaspoon per 200–250 ml of water. Pour water at a temperature of 80–85 °C (not boiling water, to preserve useful substances). Brew for 3–5 minutes, after which the drink is ready for consumption.
