Brewing method: Take 1–2 teaspoons of dry blend per teapot (300–500 ml). Pour hot water at about 85–90 °C (it is not recommended to pour boiling water over green tea to preserve its beneficial properties). Steep the drink under a lid for 7–10 minutes. Drink warm. For taste and to enhance the effect, you can add a spoonful of natural honey.
