Usually 1–1.5 tablespoons of the mixture or a filter bag are brewed with boiling water and infused in a water bath for about 15–20 minutes. Course: take warm, 1/2 cup 3–4 times a day (usually 20–30 minutes before meals). Recommended course — 2–3 weeks.
