Usually 1-1.5 tablespoons of the collection or a filter bag are brewed with boiling water and infused in a water bath for about 15-20 minutes. Course: taken warm, 1/2 cup 3-4 times a day (usually 20-30 minutes before meals). The recommended course is 2-3 weeks.
