Method of application: Pour 1 tablespoon (2.0 g) of crushed herb with 1 cup (200 ml) of boiling water, steep for 5-10 minutes, strain. For adults, take 1 cup per day during meals. Duration of intake is 1 month. If necessary, intake can be repeated.
