Travyanoy Chay Senna Munis instructions for use
Infusion: Pour 1 tablespoon of leaves with 1 glass (200 ml) of boiling water, wrap warmly, infuse for 1 hour, cool, then strain.
Take the infusion 1 glass in the morning and at night in a cooled form. Dosage is selected individually.
Best results are given by regular use for 3 days. After bowel function stabilizes, intake should be stopped.
