How to brew: Pour 200 ml of boiling water over 1 tablespoon of the mixture or 1 filter bag. Let it steep under a lid for 10–15 minutes (up to 30 minutes for a concentrated infusion). Strain and take 1 glass 2–3 times a day with meals.
