Brewing and administration method
Brewing: pour 200 ml of boiling water over 1 filter bag.
Infusion: let it stand for 10–15 minutes, then squeeze the bag.
Administration: drink 1 cup 2–3 times a day with meals, or use as a natural sweetener for drinks.
