Travyanoy chay Topinambur Mehrigiyo-36 instructions for use
Brewing method
Take 1-2 filter bags (or 1 teaspoon of the collection).
Pour 200-250 ml of hot water (temperature about 85-90 °C, not boiling water).
Infuse under a lid for 10-15 minutes.
Take warm 20-30 minutes before meals.
