Method of administration and dosageBrewing: pour 200 ml (1 glass) of boiling water over 1 filter sachet (4 g).Steeping: let it steep under a lid for 15–20 minutes.Administration: squeeze the sachet, take warm. Usually prescribed 1 glass 2–3 times a day during or after meals.Course: the standard course of administration lasts from 10 to 30 days (one package is designed for a minimum course).
