How to brew: To obtain a healing infusion, it is recommended to brew 1 teaspoon of the loose blend (or 1 filter bag) with a glass of boiling water (200 ml). The drink should be steeped for 5–10 minutes, after which it should be strained and consumed by adults with meals.
