Method of administration and dosage Brewing: ~ 1 tablespoon of the herbal tea (about 5-10 g) pour 200 ml of boiling water. Infusion: Wrap and infuse for 15-20 minutes, then strain. Intake: Adults are recommended to take 1/2 - 1 glass of warm infusion 1-2 times a day, preferably in the second half of the day or at night.
