Adults take 1 capsule 2 times a day with food.
Duration of the course is agreed with the attending physician.

Tribulus - 250 mg.
Lecithin - 70 mg.
Taurine - 50 mg.
Vitamin B6 - 0.2 mg.
Chitosan - 2 mg.
