How to take (general recommendations) The intake regimen depends directly on the dosage of the amino acid in one capsule of a specific manufacturer (usually 250 mg or 500 mg per capsule). For stress and during the day: 1 capsule 1–3 times a day during or immediately after a meal (for 250 mg dosages).
