How to take (general recommendations) The dosage regimen depends directly on the dosage of the amino acid in one capsule of a specific manufacturer (usually 250 mg or 500 mg per capsule). To combat stress and during the day: 1 capsule 1-3 times a day with or immediately after meals (for 250 mg dosages). To normalize sleep: 1-2 capsules (average 500-1000 mg) in the evening, approximately 30-60 minutes before bedtime. Course of administration: The standard course is 1 month. If necessary and after consulting a specialist, the course can be repeated.
