Infusion: pour half a glass (100 ml) of boiling water over 1 filter bag and infuse for 15-20 minutes. Take the infusion internally 1/2 cup 3-4 times a day before meals in a warm form. For rinsing the oral cavity and pharynx, take 1/2-1 cup of warm infusion 3-5 times a day. For enemas, use 50 ml of warm infusion 1-2 times a day. Green tea, chamomile flowers, chamomile herb, nettle leaves, sage herb, St. John's wort herb, bidens herb. Store in a dry, light-protected place at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C and relative humidity not exceeding 70%. Keep out of reach of children.
