Recommendations for use Adults take one (1) tablet daily with meals. Not intended for children. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Ingredients Calcium carbonate, magnesium oxide, potassium chloride, dibasic calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), iron fumarate, dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), maltodextrin, crospovidone. Contains < 2% beta-carotene, butylated hydroxytoluene (for freshness), biotin, blue 2 lake color, calcium pantothenate, cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), chromium picolinate, copper sulfate, corn starch, cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), folic acid, gelatin, lecithin (from soy), magnesium stearate, manganese sulfate, modified corn starch, Niacinamide, phytonadione (vitamin K), polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl alcohol, potassium iodide, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), red 40 lake color, riboflavin (vitamin B2), silicon dioxide, sodium ascorbate (for freshness), sodium molybdate, sodium selenate, talc, thiamine mononitrate (vitamin B1), titanium dioxide, tocopherols (for freshness), vitamin A acetate, yellow 6 lake color, zinc oxide.
