Method of administration: The effervescent tablet is dissolved in one glass (about 200 ml) of drinking water at room temperature. Due to the high dosage (1000 mg), the drug is usually taken 1 tablet per day, preferably in the first half of the day after a meal, as vitamin C can have a tonic effect and irritate the gastric mucosa on an empty stomach.
