Recommendations for use As a mineral supplement for adults, take one (1) tablet daily with any meal or as directed by a physician. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Specific results may vary. Ingredients Microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium. Contains less than 2% of the following ingredients: magnesium silicate, magnesium stearate, maltodextrin, polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl alcohol, silicon dioxide, titanium dioxide. Does not contain added sugar, yeast, preservatives or artificial flavors.
