Recommendations for use
As a dietary supplement, take one tablet daily with food, drinking water. Taking zinc on an empty stomach may cause stomach upset in some people.
Ingredients
Microcrystalline cellulose (vegetable fiber), stearic acid, magnesium stearate, sodium croscarmellose.
