Recommendations for use As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) tablet daily (preferably with meals) or as directed by a physician. Ingredients Microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, vegetable cellulose, silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate, vegetable stearic acid. Does not contain gluten, wheat, dairy products, soy, yeast, sugar, sodium, artificial flavors, sweeteners, preservatives and dyes. Warnings Consult a physician before using supplements during pregnancy, breastfeeding, taking any medications, or if you have any medical conditions.
