Recommendations for use
As a mineral supplement for adults, take one (1) tablet daily with any meal or as directed by a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Results depend on individual characteristics of the body.
Ingredients
Microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid. sodium croscarmellose. Contains < 2% magnesium silicate, magnesium stearate, polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl alcohol, silicon dioxide, titanium dioxide.
No added sugar, yeast, preservatives and artificial flavors.
