Recommendations for use As a mineral supplement for adults, take one (1) tablet daily with any meal or as directed by a physician. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Ingredients Cellulose, stearic acid, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, croscarmellose sodium. Contains < 2% of the following ingredients: magnesium silicate, magnesium stearate, polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl alcohol, silicon dioxide, titanium dioxide. Does not contain added sugar, yeast, preservatives, or artificial flavors. Warnings Specific results may vary.
