Recommendations for use As a trace element supplement, adults should chew one (1) tablet per serving after a meal. Take every 2 hours, no more than six (6) tablets per day, or as directed by a physician. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Do not use for more than 7 consecutive days. Results depend on individual body characteristics. Ingredients Sorbitol, sucrose, maltodextrin, cellulose, stearic acid. Contains < 2% of the following ingredients: artificial color (Red 40 FD&C), magnesium stearate, natural "Cherry" flavor, silicon dioxide. Does not contain added salt, yeast, preservatives, or artificial flavors. Warnings Consult a physician before use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or while taking medication, if you have a medical condition, or are planning a medical procedure. If adverse reactions occur, discontinue use and consult a physician. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the packaging shows signs of tampering or the protective film is damaged.
