Recommendations for use Adult women should take one (1) quick-release capsule per day, preferably with a meal. Ingredients Gelatin, vegetable glycerin, "Caramel" color, yellow beeswax, sunflower lecithin, and/or soy lecithin. Contains soy and fish (anchovy, mackerel, sardines, and tuna). Does not contain gluten, wheat, yeast, milk, lactose, artificial flavors, artificial sweeteners. Warnings Before starting use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, taking any medications, including anticoagulants, when planning a medical procedure or surgery, or if you have any medical conditions, you should consult a doctor. If any side effects occur, stop taking and consult a doctor. Do not use this product if the protective seal under the cap is damaged or missing. Store in a cool, dry place. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is the leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6 years of age. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of overdose, contact a doctor or poison control center immediately.
